Week 2, Day 4

This would be today's workout.
To be honest... I didn't do it. I was actually looking forward to it when I watched the videos yesterday but then I wook up this morning and I had a really bad migraine which lasted like until the afternoon. Love it when you wake up completely rested and you get a migraine. I can't possibly sleep any longer once I wake up in the morning... So I spent most of my day in my bed playing with my phone... hoping the painkillers would work sometime.
Went to one Zumba class tonight though... I planned on doing 2 but my legs just didn't want to move any more. Plus I was sweating like crazy... dunno but I have a feeling I'm sweating much more on days I had ibuprofen. Anyone any experience with that?!
Well... tomorrow it's burn, sculpt, flow time. I really hope I can do it. It's supposed to rain so I don't know what my head is gonna say. We'll see.

Well I did it... It just came over me half an hour ago and I thought, oh why not! So I did it. I'm proud. Didn't do the squats from sculpt after the 2nd round though because my left muscle started to really hurt. Well... that's it. Going to have a after workout egg now :D

  1. respect that you really made it through in the end! i´ve never had a migraine but i think i can imagine how shitty that feels!
    but arent´t you guys halfway through the challenge now? :)
    i think what makes me have a love-hate-relationship with bodyrock is that it is sooo confusing and not clearly structured on their website... sometimes there is a video to it, sometimes not, then you don´t know every move when it´s just written down...aah i don´t know... then i mostly rather just do my own workouts in 50/10 intervals... i guess you could call it lazyness... :P
    so i think it is even greater that you do this challenge! respect! :)
    but which equipment do you have? there are always quite many in those videos... do you have heavy dumbbells? i only have 0,75 and 1,5 but i´m going to buy heavier ones soon.

  2. True! That website is just.... not built that smart.
    I don't have any equipment exept vor 1kg dumbbells & 4x500g weight thingies to put on your arms or legs ;D ... So I have to change many of the workouts into other moves that taget the same areas... which is annoying... But the good part is that you really feel like you've worked out after such a workout ;).
    Gonna go back to Tone It Up after this challenge though I guess. Real-time videos & workout calenders for each month with new videos every week. Plus they are just more girlie ;D
